Description

We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of three years of experience to join our prominent and thriving school law practice, with a primary focus on special education law in Connecticut. Our special education practice encompasses proactive training and counseling regarding special education related matters; representation at Section 504 and PPT/IEP team meetings and dispute resolution forums, including complaint investigations, mediation, due process hearings, and court appeals. Top academic credentials and excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the Connecticut bar or be eligible to waive into the Connecticut bar. Massachusetts attorneys will also be considered.
