• Trial-ready training — attend elite trial schools (Keenan, Don Keenan, others), learn courtroom fundamentals—EBTs, opening statements, cross-examination, jury selection, summations, and more, all supported with mock juries and expert feedback.
• Comprehensive resources — leverage a full support team with paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys experienced in optimizing recovery through life-care planners, economists, accident reconstructionists, etc.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full personal injury caseload from intake to resolution, including depositions, motions, trials, hearings, negotiations, and settlement closings.
• Apply the Keenan “Edge” system: submit cases for expert agility review, focus group testing, and strategic refinement.
• Collaborate with experts and support staff to build compelling, high-value arguments for injury, accident, labor law, premises liability, etc.
• Provide exceptional client care with clear, regular communication.
• Lead negotiations and leverage trial preparation to extract maximum value.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and active NY State Bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience representing plaintiffs in substantial personal injury litigation.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and tech-savvy; proficiency with case management systems and legal research tools.
• Exceptional communication—oral, written, and negotiation.
• High-initiative, success-driven mindset with a passion for applying expert-anchored strategies to increase damages.
